Checklist

  • Place an order (call or see table below for help finding the right order)
  • Call or page the appropriate division to discuss the case:
    • MRN (have ready and include in your page)

    • Consentability
    • Sedation needs
    • Coagulation issues

For most procedures, we require platelets > 50 and INR < 1.5. Call us to discuss exceptions or recommendations in difficult cases.

Weekday and Weekend AM

After hours non-VIR emergencies: Weekend PM, night, holiday

For after hours cases that do not require emergent overnight intervention, please call after 7:30am the following morning.
